the overview…
With its vaulted ceiling in the living room, it has a Welcoming Ski Lodge feel to the downstairs space. The apartment can sleep 6 without using the Sofa as a bed, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Cabin bed space. The Kitchen has a full size Fridge/Freezer, 2 Ovens, a Hob, a Microwave , a Drinks Fridge and a dishwasher, fully kitted out with pots, pans, glasses & utensils.
The downstairs Bathroom comprises of a Shower, Sink, mirrored cupboard and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the 1st Floor.
the kitchen…
As you walk through the apartment door, to the left hand side there is a Ski boot Drying Rack above a Washing Machine, on the back of the Front door, there is Coat Hooks and Six Helmet Holders, with more Coat Hooks on the wall. Giving plenty of space to dry kit after a day out in the elements. We have a locked Cave down in the basement to store all Ski’s and Poles, we do not allow these in the Apartment or on the Balcony.
The Kitchen is set up to cook a feast after a long day on the Mountain, with its Full-size Fridge freezer and cupboards there’s plenty of space to stock up with supplies at the start of the week. We have installed two separate Multi functional Ovens, a double Hob, a Microwave, a Coffee Machine, a Drinks Fridge and a Dishwasher. An Alexa with external Bose speakers is at the ready to play music.
The Dining Table is a nice size to seat everyone, also to play Board Games and colour at on those rainy days.
the living room…
There is an L-shaped sofa with a footstool and a single chair and footstool, so there’s enough room for you all to relax. We have made sure sockets are nearby the seating area for ease of charging devices. The Smart TV is logged into Amazon Prime, with the option to log into your own Netflix account and Plex. We have installed a Wii, Accessories & a selection of games, A digital Xbox so Gamers can log into their account. We have put in a selection of Board Games, Colouring books, Playing cards and young children’s puzzles.
the bedroom one…
This room has the option to be set up as either a Super King bed or as a twin room with wall mounted bedside lamps and charging sockets. There is a set of Drawers, a hanging wardrobe, a 40″ Smart Tv Logged into Amazon Prime, the option to log into your own Netflix and Plex, there is a Full-Length Mirror in here. We have installed a multi directional Fan in here for the warmer months. This bedroom has a Velux window and black out blind, the view out of the window looks back towards Morzine town and you can see the Pleney Bubble.
the bedroom two…
The 2nd Bedroom is next to the Cabin bedspace – This room has the option to be set up as either a Super King bed or as a twin room with wall mounted bedside lamps and charging sockets. There is a 32″ Smart Tv Logged into Amazon Prime, the option to log into your own Netflix and Plex & a DVD Player. The storage is either in the Bed drawers or in the shelves along each side of the room. We have installed a multi directional Fan in here for the warmer months.
the cabin bedroom…
The second flight of stairs leads you to the Cabin bedspace. This is permanently set up as a double, with wall mounted bedside lamps and charging sockets. We have installed a Smart Tv and DVD player (with a small selection of classic films and cartoons) in the bedspace along with a multidirectional fan. We have added a set of curtains for privacy. There is storage underneath the bed and a set of drawers with a shelf and mirror above them.
the shower room…
The downstairs Bathroom has a Toilet, Sink, Mirrored Storage Cupboard and Power Shower with the choice of either a Rainwater or a Wall mounted Showerhead. We have also installed some speakers powered by Alexa.

2nd Toilet, this is located on the 1st floor of the apartment, it comprises of a Toilet, Sink and Mirror.
the terrace…
With its twinkling lights and the view of the sunset the balcony has a very romantic feel to it of an evening. In the mornings it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a Croissant and a Coffee, a fab way to start a day in the mountains.
the garage & cave…
The Garage is set up to store your car as well as the tools to service and wash down bikes. We have installed a fold down Pool table/Tennis Table and dart Board.
The Cave is where we ask you to store you Ski’s and Poles, we have put all of effort into making the apartment a fantastic place to stay and feel it’s a small request for us to make in order to minimise damage to the apartment and its contents.
the floor plan & apartment location…
The apartment is situated meters away from the Téléphérique de Nyon lift. Also the resort bus stop which takes you into town (Pleney Lift) and across to Montriond (Ardent Lift).
